Welcome to Izzy Browning, who joins as a new PhD student jointly with Tom and Ross Anderson (Biochemistry) as part of the BioAID DFA working on creating and characterising de novo flavoenzymes. Previously, Izzy completed her MScR at the University of Bristol in the Anderson laboratory, during which she focused on the de novo design of flavin-binding proteins. Prior to this, she received her undergraduate degree from Imperial College London.
